I accept wedding cake and dessert inquiries up to one year in advance of your wedding date. If you’re reaching out on shorter notice, you’re still welcome to inquire. I’m happy to check my availability and work with you to see what’s possible. While we can begin chatting earlier, final details such as design, flavors, and guest count are confirmed no later than two months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time for preparation, ordering supplies, and scheduling.

A wedding pricing guide is available below to help you get a feel for your investment. Final pricing varies based on serving size, design complexity, selected flavors, and delivery details. A custom quote will be provided after I review your inquiry. Wedding cakes are truly an investment and receive extra care, planning, and attention. Each order includes time spent on consultations, design planning, coordination with venues or planners, structural preparation for detailed or tiered cakes, and careful delivery. Your wedding cake is a meaningful part of your celebration, and my goal is to create a one-of-a-kind cake and an experience that feels just as special.

Feel free to ask about cake sizing based on your plans, whether the cake is meant just for the couple, a small group, or all of your guests. If you plan to serve cake to everyone, we recommend enough for about 85% of your guest list. For regular-sized cupcakes, we suggest ordering 80–120% of your guest count (if this is your only or main dessert!). If you’re offering a variety of desserts, such as cake, bakery-style cookies, decorated cookies, and/or cupcakes, we suggest 1-3 dessert pieces per guest.

All cakes are made with high-quality ingredients and may contain common allergens. While I do my best to accommodate dietary preferences, I am not an allergen-free kitchen. Fresh flowers are typically provided by the client or florist, but I’m always happy to coordinate placement and discuss best practices for food safety and overall design. For select designs and arrangements, I can also provide fresh florals upon request.

Tasting boxes are available upon request for $10 per flavor, with up to six flavors per box. These boxes allow you to sample a variety of options to help you choose the flavor that speaks most to you. If you’re not interested in a tasting box but aren’t sure what to select, I’m always happy to recommend a few crowd favorites.

A 25% refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date upon confirmed availability. Your order is not confirmed until this deposit is paid. The remainder of your final quote will be sent approximately two months before your wedding and must be paid in full one month prior to your event. This timeline allows flexibility for changes leading up to that point. Once full payment is received, the order becomes non-refundable.

Delivery is always recommended to ensure your cake arrives safe and sound, especially for tiered or detailed designs and during peak wedding months. Transporting a wedding cake involves many small details, and I’m happy to take that responsibility off your plate. Pickup is available within zip code 01590. If you choose pickup, I’ll walk you through how to safely transport your cake and provide a cake care instruction card. However, once the cake is released and transportation begins, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client. Delivery details will be established with you and coordinated with any necessary parties like the venue and planner if possible.
