Please read all of these details before ordering

ORDER PROCESS: Once you have submitted your order form, I will be in contact via email to confirm your order, discuss details, and pricing. Once we can finalize the details, you will be provided with an estimated final cost. From there, on the Monday before your order date, you will receive an invoice and be texted to confirm payment & pick-up/delivery instructions. Order forms are typically processed on Sundays and Mondays each week.

AVAILABILITY: I recommend ordering your cake 4-6 weeks in advance of the order date. This will ensure plenty of time to discuss details, source custom materials needed, and accommodate your order into my schedule. If I am not available on the exact date you are looking for, please keep in mind that cakes are good in the fridge for up to 5 days (& up to a month in the freezer). While ordering in advance is always preferred, I understand looking to put in an order at the last second! If an order is placed sooner than a 7-day turnaround time, contact me via DM first, as I will do my best to accommodate. A rush fee will be added to the total cost. Evie’s Cakes is run by one solo gal, so I appreciate your patience as I balance two careers.

LOCATION: Cakes are available for pick-up 15 minutes from Worcester, MA. Delivery is always an option, too, for an additional charge starting at $25! This will be added to the total cake cost based on the distance. This will be covered in your confirmation email based on the address provided in the order form. Shipping is unavailable at this time. 

PAYMENTS: Invoices will be sent via email regardless of the preferred payment method to break down order details; however, Venmo (Eve-Goulet), check, or cash is preferred. All payments are due in full before pick-up or delivery, unless you are paying in cash. At this time, deposits are required only for wedding bookings.

WEDDINGS: Email me directly (evieg.cake@gmail.com) to discuss wedding orders! I will share a separate wedding form with you. Currently accepting 2026 bookings.
